Job Title: Mechanical Engineer/Senior Mechanical Engineer
Work location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain the technical level of existing products.
2. Ensure  all  the  products evolution needed to solve quality issues,
small  adaptation  requested  by  production  units and those defined by
Pilot R&D on common parts.
3. Update and validate product file (BOM, CAD, qualifications).
4. Lead all the technical issues according to sourcing program.
5. Provide the related technical information to production units.
6. Implement  all  the tests and expertise needed to qualify internally
the sourcing program.
7. Take  part  in technical meetings with suppliers in order to clarify
all technical requirements.
8. Solve  any Quality issue and Customer complaint related to Technical
devices.
9. Provide technical support to production units.
10.Ensure good communication and technical level through the different
services.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor  degree or above, major in Electromechanical, Mechanical or
Electrical Engineering.
2. Three years above Electromechanical / Mechanical design background.
3. Good  Material  knowledge  (plastic & metal) and Surface treatment &
Heat treatment knowledge.
4. Basic Manufacturing knowledge (injection, stamping, machining…).
5. Know well ISO 8015 & ISO 1101.
6. Very  good  knowledge  of  CAD’s  tools,  Pro  Engineer  & PDM tools
preferred.
7. International company experience is a plus.
8. Good oral and written English, CET4 minimum.
9. Open minded, initiative, very organized, rigorous and focused on the
targets, good team work spirit.
