翻译过来大概意思就是：
你的网卡ip采用127.0.0.1为环路反馈地址，这意味你将不能用现有网卡访问非本地处理器。

因为proe是大型服务器软件，破解版安装在个人计算机上使用，一定会出现上述提示。这不影响你的正常使用。
估计大家都一样。

一定是系统没有安装好，请重新安装。细细看看crack文件的版本。不同版本的破解有时会出现上述情况。

我也出现此类问题，后来能打开BIN文件里的trail.txt.*文件，能启动PROE，我就一直能这个办法打开PROE
