Responsibilities and Tasks
Handle technical documentation for the supplier (new and existing suppliers).
Maintain BoM in Infor XA in order to secure the right amount of technical documentation for purchase.
Maintain BoM-structure in connection with Technology transfer of BoM’s from Primary factories.
Support production units on BoM changes.
Support our technical inspectors, placed at the suppliers, by updates and background for updates.
Work with the Change Management system (ECM).


Qualifications and Work Experience
You have a technical and relevant background such as “MSc or BSc in Engineering”.
You have several years of experience in handling technical documentation in an international company.
You are experienced user in Infor XA (or similar ERP systems, e.g. SAP or Navision).
You are experienced in working with a Change Management system.
You are experienced in working in projects from an international company.
You will have international contacts worldwide in the Vestas Group, and it is important that your work is based on structure and you communicate openly, and being service-minded and flexible comes easy to you.
You are front runner when it comes to collaborating with your colleagues across the Vestas Group.
You keep an open dialog, defend your arguments and put efforts into finding the best solutions.
Your English skills are at a very high level, both verbally and in writing.
