proe 3.0 M070 安装时遇到许可证的问题

我用的是Windows XP操作系统，三台电脑+一个路由器+一个ADSL Modem上网。现在在其中一台电脑上安装Pro/Engineer Wildfire 3.0 M070时出现问题。

完全遵照CD1中Magnitude的解密方式执行，安装server，在安装的最后出现PTC.Setup消息框，如下：

安装期间出现下列警告
条件。这些只是信息
警告：
启动许可证服务器
许可证管理已成功安装，
但不能启动。有关详细信息和错误消息
请参阅日志文件
"C:\Program Files \flexnet\licensing\ptclmgrd.log"。

按弹出消息框打开ptclmgrd.log，出现以下内容。
